Meal at Les Ecluzeaux 12 May 2017

 

The meal was in appreciation to Camille, Riccos and Enyas for their hard work in cutting down huge trees in my garden. Starters: Nibbles of Smoked Salmon on Cheese with Herbs, Avocado with fresh Prawns and Seafood sauce. Main: Roast Chicken (Supplied by Camille and huge at 3.5 Kg), Roast Potatoes, Carrots and Haricot Verts, Stuffing balls, Bread sauce and gravy. Followed by Cheese and Ice cream desserts. Enyas is now a convert to Bread sauce and both Enyas and Riccos couldn't get enough of the Roasties! Started 20:00 Friday - finished 05:00 Saturday.
